Everything has come together with our future home at 7512 SW 49th, and we are basically in the door. The inspection is Monday and we will get the key in 3 weeks! Bill's post and photos here.
A couple weeks ago, we refinanced our current house, which makes me co-owner of our little house on London Court. I went from essentially debt-free to owning two houses in two weeks. Maybe I should start acting like an adult? ; )
