It's the month for family!


I just got back from Hayward, CA. I was there for work, but I stayed over till Saturday to visit my half-brother Barry, Anne-Mette, and my nephew Sean. We had a great time, and Sean was a kick.

On Saturday, the Marin Upshaws--my Aunt Susan, Uncle Lynn, cousin Jen, and cousin Lauren and her family--came over for lunch. Even though I only had a short time before my flight, we had a couple hours to catch up. It's good to hang out with my ever-expanding family. It brought back memories of the four of us cousins hanging out in our Wonder Woman swimsuits ...

Last weekend, Bill and I were in Stockton to visit his sister and her family. We had a great time hanging out on their boat (I wake surfed!) and by their pool. Bill's nieces are beyond adorable, and it was good to meet his sweet sister Jen. I got some good dirt on Bill ... :)
